At Portugalia Sales, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth from start to finish. When you place an order, you can trust that we will ship your products promptly and keep you informed every step of the way.


Processing Times

  • Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.

  • We ship Monday through Saturday; no shipments are processed on Sundays.

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. If there are delays or unexpected changes, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Rates & Locations

  • Free shipping on all orders within the continental U.S.

  • Orders shipping to Hawaii will incur additional shipping costs.

  • Orders ship to the address provided at checkout.


Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard domestic delivery: 2–9 business days from the date your order leaves our warehouse.

  • While standard shipping is indicated at checkout, we may use an alternate carrier if it provides a faster or more cost-effective delivery.


Carriers

Depending on size, weight, and destination, your order may ship via:

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • Freight trucking services


Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers will be emailed once your order ships.

  • If a USPS package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local post office or mail facility.

  • International Orders: Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this financial responsibility.


Large Item Shipping

  • Large items (e.g., appliances) ship via freight with curbside delivery and insurance included.

  • Items are padded, boxed, and secured for protection.

  • Inside delivery is not available due to freight company time restrictions.

  • Standard freight transit time to the continental U.S. is 3–10 business days from pickup in Newark, NJ.

  • A valid phone number is required to ship large items — without it, your order cannot be shipped.


Special Order Conditions

  • Special import orders from Portugal cannot be cancelled or returned.

  • While we aim to expedite all orders, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

  • Orders will typically arrive within 45 days of purchase.

  • If your special order arrives damaged, contact our Customer Service team with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
